Sharp but firm
Handles are a bit slim for large hands. Steel quality is definitely there though.

Kiritsuke tip makes dicing onions fast and accurate. Solid feel all around.
Decent set
Good value for forged molybdenum steel. You need to keep them oiled and dry to maintain the finish.
